Sweet, amazing, tasteful meatloaf!

Mmmm... Meatloaf... with a side of asparagus of course.

After you have created your amazing hamburger mess with all your goodness inside... roll out a ball the size... maybe the size of a giant jaw breaker ;)
Place it in the muffin pan and pat it down, it should just barely fill it- don't fill it too full cause you have to have room for your GLAZE... :)
Throw those in the oven for 15 min!

Mmm Glaze... This should be made in a separate bowl and set aside while your little meatloaf muffins are taking their sweet time to taste delicious!

15 min later, and look at these puppies go!

You're going to take your glaze and place a little on the top till all are covered. Once they are all covered go back and make sure they are REALLY covered with your extra sauce!
Pop those back in the oven for another 12 min!

WALA!! Look at this! I took a spoon and used it to make sure my little meatloaf muffins stayed together and put them on the plate!

The asparagus was made by butter and a little johnnys seasoning in a pan and throwing them in and making sure they are perfectly cooked- crisp and tasty!

Recipe:

Meatloaf:
muffin pans (2)
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup finely ground bread crumbs
1/3 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon honey dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sweet teriyaki sauce
sprinkle of garlic powder
sprinkle of ginger
2 lbs of raw ground hamburger

Glaze:
2 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sweet teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar

Oven should be set at 350 degrees
In a large bowl mix all your ingredients for the meatloaf except the hamburger. Make sure everything is mixed really good! Add your hamburger and take off your rings or jewelry cause its going to get messy!! Use your fingers and massage all that goodness into your meat! After everything is mashed together, roll them in small balls and pat them into your muffin pans. Make sure you leave room for your glaze! After they are filled, place them in the oven for 15 min.

While your waiting, take a small bowl and put all the glaze ingredients in it.

After 15 min, pull your muffin pans from the oven and place your glaze on them. Put them back in the oven for another 12 min.

Pull them out and let them cool for 5-10 min and there you go! :)

Thank you cards- Simple!

Using the brides colors, I used KISS method (For those of you that don't know, KISS is something I revert too often.. I tend to overthing things! Keep It Simple Stupid)

I used purple for a flower stamp on the envelope and used purple with green to stamp "thank you" on the card. Did simple vintage ribbon behind it.

Easily can be customize with any colors or ribbons- Please let me know if you are interested it some! I'm slowly working on a stock pile of cards to showcase on etsy so I can share my love for paper and crafts with EVERYONE!!!! :)

For my Bride's box, I tied all the envelopes and cards together with the ribbon and made them a package deal and I put it in the clothes pin!

To see the finished box:

Bride to be box or any means to a gift box!

This box... ohhh this box! The bride to be (Amy obviously) is so sweet and so deserving so I felt like giving her a little something more than just "something to unwrap" So thinking that, I put my brain to work and encorporated her wedding colors, love for vintage and mason jars, love for simple yet elegant and WALA came up with this.

The box is a sweet looking box I got from michaels and this was the most expensive thing I purchased. The little shreds of paper is easter basket filler and the little round white balls are suckers I found in a "vintage cream" color. Pina Colada to be exact!

I knew she enjoyed mason jars so I took the ones I had and filled them with none other than a womans best friend... CHOCOLATE!!! I found the nuggets at winco gold and silver wrapped- 4$ to fill both of them. I wrapped twine around the tops of them... and when I thought it was enough.. I went around a few more times!

The little compact mirror was 99 cents and was perfect for the theme. I had used her "wedding purple and green" and made my own coin envelope to enclose the gift card we had gotten for her. Added some rhinstones to make it pretty and placed it ever so pretty like in the open compact mirror!

The candle holder is a vase with burlap over it and rope around it. I filled it with little white uncented tea lights half way and tilted it just so!

The clothes pin, also 99 cents and its giant!!! I had made 12 thank you cards for her with her wedding colors on it and tied a ribbon around the envelopes and cards and stuck them in the clothes pin!!

The black letters I got at michaels, I decided to doll up with some "pearl" stickers as if you were making dot letters, and used a dot of glue to make them stick so she didn't have to keep them on there and could use the box over and over again.

I hope you get some ideas from this or feel free to use mine! I loved making it and seeing her happy was so nice and well worth it! Comment if you have any questions!

Home made cheese balls... Yummm

What You'll Need!
However many string cheese sticks you want.
Plain bread crumbs
Italian seasoning
Little bit of milk in a bowl
Pre Heat Oven to 425 degrees
Oven safe pan

I used scissors, but you can use a knife or anything.
Cut your cheese sticks into bite size pieces- Mine were roughly half inch!

(Don't mind the seasoning in the milk- picture is from round two!)
Take all your pieces and place them in the milk and let them sit for 10-20 seconds to soak up all the milk.

In a medium bowl- place 1 cup of bread crumbs and sprinkle some Italian seasoning over it. Make sure its all stired up!
Take all of your little pieces out of the milk and drop them into your bread crumb mixture and make sure they are all covered.
Take one at a time and dip it back into the milk and back into the bread crumbs so you have a double thick crust and place on to your oven safe pan.

Mmmm... Look at them go! Oven should be at 425 degrees and you can place these in for 8-10 min. Make sure half way through you turn them over so they don't burn!

Wala! Serve them with sauce or in my case, my daughter likes ranch so thats what we served them with!
PLEASE ENJOY!

All "pretties" must have a place...

I had found things on "Pinterest" for make your own cakestands or cupcake holders, and just figured I wouldn't ever need that, but low and behold walking through Goodwill I ran across these three pieces. Candle holder, plate and... the unknown cool looking one with a handle! Realizing quickly that all of them stacked would make a perfect place for all her "pretties" I snagged them! All pieces $1.99! I had primer and let my daughter choose what color she wanted with the black...

Neon pink it is! I went at it spraying my primer first. Then gave it 2 coats of the pink to make sure there was "No white mama"

Let them dry, flipped them over and repeated the process.

Putting this baby together was a little more challenging than I had expected, but realized all I needed was my handy dandy... METAL AND GLASS GLUE! Stuck them all together and withing minutes they were stuck. I placed a little ribbon around the top to tie it in with the "Pretties" theme and she is in love.

Now, just to walk around the house and find one pretty at a time... is another story, BUT at least they have a place. Even more soothing to think it was only $9.00 and customized the way that she wanted it- priceless. :)

Table to Bench!

Well! First things first, I made a trip to Goodwill today, not knowing what I would find, but was looking for something of the sort~ of course not leaving with just the one item, HOWEVER, besides the point. I FOUND THIS! $4.99, This little wooden "table" as they had labeled it... was staring at me. I had to have it.

Next, I ran down to Home Depot and grabbed the primer (as I was out, usually lasts me forever!) and a navy blue to match my house. I grabbed extra staples and away we went! Total cost there was roughly $10.00
Next was Joann's Fabric! I found this indoor/outdoor fabric onsale for 30% off and realized I needed less than a yard, WHOO HOO! $4.87. I decided to go a little more spendy on the pads, seeing as my husband was going to be the one sitting on it mostly, and they were $18.00, BUT I had a coupon so I spent a total of $18.00.
I used a hot glue gun as well, but it is optional so its not featured :)

** For those of you keeping track, we have spent $32.00, however with different padding, it can be done MUCH cheaper. **

Next was the fun part! I turned it over and primered it! Just a small coat, nothing too big.

After letting the primer dry it was REALLY time for the fun part. BLUE! I took it slow and easy (not easy for me, quick and efficant is always my style) as I didn't want to miss anything. I didn't worry about the top or the inside, people weren't going to see the inside of the soon to be bench and they weren't going to see the top either!

** Note- Remember to flip your piece over if it has grooves on the legs to ensure you have covered every section of it with paint! **

YES! Paint is dry, time to apply padding! I measured out my padding so it was perfectly aligned. (I am somewhat of a perfectionist)

In order to ensure that my padding wasn't going to be going anywhere while I was trying to staple, I used a hot glue gun and just zig-zagged some right on the table! The foam took to it with absolutly no problems!

I layed my fabric out on the floor, right side down, and placed my table right in the middle of where it needed to be. A couple inches extra on the sides does wonders when your trying to stretch it to make sure it lookes beautiful! After pulling a section snug, I went ahead a stapled!
The staples don't look all the way in, but after I did a row, I used my little finishing hammer to ensure they were all flush with the board.

After roughly 300 staples and a few ugly looking removed ones, (hey, I said I was a perfectionist... not perfect!) I used a hot glue gun, again, all along the seams so that it wouldn't fray, and gave it a little more support to the wood.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST! FLIP IT OVER! TA-DA! Fairly easy project and it makes it so much sweeter when its "useless to useful" :)
