Sweet, amazing, tasteful meatloaf!


Mmmm... Meatloaf... with a side of asparagus of course.

After you have created your amazing hamburger mess with all your goodness inside... roll out a ball the size... maybe the size of a giant jaw breaker ;)
Place it in the muffin pan and pat it down, it should just barely fill it- don't fill it too full cause you have to have room for your GLAZE... :)
Throw those in the oven for 15 min!

Mmm Glaze... This should be made in a separate bowl and set aside while your little meatloaf muffins are taking their sweet time to taste delicious!

15 min later, and look at these puppies go!

You're going to take your glaze and place a little on the top till all are covered. Once they are all covered go back and make sure they are REALLY covered with your extra sauce!
Pop those back in the oven for another 12 min!

WALA!! Look at this! I took a spoon and used it to make sure my little meatloaf muffins stayed together and put them on the plate!

The asparagus was made by butter and a little johnnys seasoning in a pan and throwing them in and making sure they are perfectly cooked- crisp and tasty!

Recipe:

Meatloaf:
muffin pans (2)
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup finely ground bread crumbs
1/3 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon honey dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sweet teriyaki sauce
sprinkle of garlic powder
sprinkle of ginger
2 lbs of raw ground hamburger

Glaze:
2 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sweet teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar

Oven should be set at 350 degrees
In a large bowl mix all your ingredients for the meatloaf except the hamburger. Make sure everything is mixed really good! Add your hamburger and take off your rings or jewelry cause its going to get messy!! Use your fingers and massage all that goodness into your meat! After everything is mashed together, roll them in small balls and pat them into your muffin pans. Make sure you leave room for your glaze! After they are filled, place them in the oven for 15 min.

While your waiting, take a small bowl and put all the glaze ingredients in it.

After 15 min, pull your muffin pans from the oven and place your glaze on them. Put them back in the oven for another 12 min.

Pull them out and let them cool for 5-10 min and there you go! :)
