Home made cheese balls... Yummm

What You'll Need!
However many string cheese sticks you want.
Plain bread crumbs
Italian seasoning
Little bit of milk in a bowl
Pre Heat Oven to 425 degrees
Oven safe pan

I used scissors, but you can use a knife or anything.
Cut your cheese sticks into bite size pieces- Mine were roughly half inch!

(Don't mind the seasoning in the milk- picture is from round two!)
Take all your pieces and place them in the milk and let them sit for 10-20 seconds to soak up all the milk.

In a medium bowl- place 1 cup of bread crumbs and sprinkle some Italian seasoning over it. Make sure its all stired up!
Take all of your little pieces out of the milk and drop them into your bread crumb mixture and make sure they are all covered.
Take one at a time and dip it back into the milk and back into the bread crumbs so you have a double thick crust and place on to your oven safe pan.

Mmmm... Look at them go! Oven should be at 425 degrees and you can place these in for 8-10 min. Make sure half way through you turn them over so they don't burn!

Wala! Serve them with sauce or in my case, my daughter likes ranch so thats what we served them with!
